Evaluation of Training Courses / Teaching
Students,
The survey evaluating undergraduate and master's degree courses is now online: it coversyour second-semester courses if you are in a Bachelor's program and all your courses for the year if you are in a Master's program.
You will find a general questionnaire (about the training) and a questionnaire about each TU you have taken on your ENT.
Instructions for use:
1) Log in to the ENT:https://ent.umontpellier.fr
2) Then enter your institutional email address and password.
3) Click on the "My Studies" drop-down menu.
4) Select "Course evaluations" at the bottom of the page.
5) You will then find a general questionnaire (training) followed by a questionnaire for each TU.
6) Complete each questionnaire. If a question is not applicable (for example, "What do you think of field trips?" for a TU ): do not answer it. (Only a few questions fall into this category.)
7) Once you have completed the questionnaire and are sure of your answers, you can submit it.
From that moment on, all your answers to this questionnaire will be anonymized.
8) If you cannot find the link on your digital workspace (this is the case for PEIPs, for example), there is another way: go to https://survey.umontpellier.fr, log in, and select the "My surveys" tab.
These questionnaires are completely anonymous once validated.
We need this data to help us improve both the training courses and the facilities at the University. That is why it is very important that you give us your support. Your teachers have direct access to the results of TU questionnaires. The results of the general questionnaires will be made public and accessible to all. Your feedback will be used to improve training programs (via the teaching teams) and the functioning of shared services (via the quality assurance process).
Finally, please note that each of these questionnaires includes one or more free fields that allow you to enter any comments you feel are important to share with us. However, please note that these comments will be moderated before publication and that any messages that are fanciful, insulting, or defamatory will be systematically removed.
In particular, we will discard any texts that refer to a specific person (the aim here is to evaluate the lessons, not the teachers!).
