Evaluation of Training Programs / Courses

Female Students, Male Students,

The survey to evaluate courses and instruction for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs is now online: it coversyour courses from the second semester if you are in a Bachelor’s program, and all your courses from the academic year if you are in a Master’s program.

On your digital learning platform, you will find a general questionnaire (about the training) and a questionnaire for each TU you have completed.

Instructions for Use:

1) Log in to the digital learning platform:https://ent.umontpellier.fr

2) Next, enter your institutional email address and password.

3) Click the "My Studies" drop-down menu

4) At the very bottom, select “Course Evaluations”

5) You will then find a general questionnaire (training) followed by a questionnaire for each TU.

6) Fill out each questionnaire. If a question does not apply to you (for example, “What do you think of field trips?” on a math TU ), do not answer it. (Only a few questions fall into this category.)

7) Once you have finished filling out a questionnaire and are sure of your answers, you can submit it.
From that point on, all your answers to this questionnaire will be anonymized.

8) If you can’t find the link on your digital workspace (as is the case, for example, with PEIP surveys), there’s another way: go to https://survey.umontpellier.fr, log in, and then select the “My Surveys” tab.

These surveys are completely anonymous once submitted.
We need this data to help us improve both our academic programs and our student support services at the University. That is why it is very important that you help us by participating. Your instructors have direct access to the survey results TU. The results of the general surveys will be made public and accessible to everyone. The feedback you provide will be used to improve the programs (through the teaching teams) and the operations of shared services (through the quality assurance process).

Finally, please note that each of these questionnaires includes one or more open-ended fields where you can enter any comments you feel are important to share with us.  However, please note that these comments will be moderated before publication, and that any frivolous, insulting, or defamatory messages will be systematically removed.
In particular, we will remove any comments that single out a specific person (the purpose here is to evaluate the courses, not the instructors!).

TO VIEW past surveys:
