Internships and work-study programs
An internship or work-study contract gives you the opportunity to discover the business world and put the knowledge you've acquired in training to good use in a professional context.
But the differences are fundamental. The alternant is subject to the French Labor Code through an employment contract; he/she receives remuneration.
Trainees are governed by the Education Code, with an internship agreement, and receive a stipend.
