Printing the school certificate via the digital workspace

Students,

You can now access a new feature via your student portal: the ability to view your enrollment certificate for the current academic year.

How to obtain a digital school certificate via the student digital workspace:

– Students must first activate their UM IT account at
– access the digital campus (ENT) at
– click on the “My File, Academic Transcript” tab, Results, Administrative File” (available in the “Academic Records” tab)
– then on “Enrollment”; there is a “Certificate of Enrollment” button that allows them to download the certificate of enrollment for the current academic year in PDF format.

Currently, each student has three enrollment certificates on their Scol Pass, which is issued at the time of registration.
This new feature is therefore an additional service provided to users.
