Printing the Enrollment Certificate via the Digital Learning Platform

You can now access a new feature via your digital campus portal: printing your enrollment certificate for the current academic year.

How to obtain the digital enrollment certificate via the student digital campus:

– Students must first activate their UM IT account at
– access the digital campus (ENT) at
– click on the “My File, Enrollment Certificate” tile, Results, Administrative File” (available in the “Academic Records” tab)
– then on “Enrollment”; there is a “Certificate of Enrollment” button that allows them to download the certificate of enrollment for the current academic year in PDF format.

Currently, each student has three enrollment certificates on the Scol Pass, which is issued at the time of registration.
This new feature is therefore an additional service provided to users.
