University internships to discover mathematics in a different way

MathC2+ courses are aimed at motivated students in 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st year classes, on a voluntary basis, andare particularly aimed at students who do not have an environment conducive to the development of a long-term scientific study project. Participants are selected on the basis of information provided by teachers or school heads.

Objectives :

• Foster the emergence of a new scientific culture,
• Identify and encourage young mathematical talent, particularly in priority education zones,
• Open up the prospect of a scientific career to students who are not familiar with it (girls, students from social backgrounds where science is not traditionally a career choice, etc.).
• Promoting encounters between the worlds of education and research.
