The Rotary Club of Montpellier Rabelais and Géant Casino Odysseum Join Forces to Help Students in Need

The Rotary Club of Montpellier remains committed to helping students in need.

After the Rotary Club Montpellier Doyens collected 84 €100 food vouchers during the first lockdown and 52 €100 food vouchers during the second lockdown, it is now the Rotary Club Rondelais’s turn to provide 15 students from the Faculty of Sciences with a €100 gift card each, donated by Philippe HIENG, the manager of the Géant Casino in Odysseum, as well as 15 bags containing surprise meals for the holidays.

A wonderful initiative made possible by Antoine PAOLINI and Alain DOAT of the Rotary Club of Montpellier Rabelais.

In the presence of Alain HOFFMANN, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, and Dylan LAPE (student representative for the Faculty of Sciences), the store manager, Philippe HIENG, brought a cart filled with food for the holidays and 15 €100 gift cards to benefit the most vulnerable students who have been affected by the difficulties the health crisis has caused for some of them.

There is a great deal of compassion in this initiative for students during this unusual time.
