Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Beirut and the Faculty of Science

^{Professor Amr Galal El Adawi, President of the Arab University of Beirut, signed an academic mobility and cooperation agreement with the Montpellier Faculty of Science, represented by Professor Adam A. Ali, Acting Director of International Relations, and Mr. Gilles Guévellou, Administrative Director, on Wednesday May 17, 2023 at the BAU campus in Beirut.}

^{The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Ramadan Awad, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr Laurent Drapeau of the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD), France, Ms Lia Renaud, Chargée de Mission Universitaire et Scientifique of the French Embassy, Dr Carla Khater of the O-Life Environmental Observatory, Dr Safa Baydoun from BAU's Research Center for Environment and Development (RCED) and Ms Amani Bsat, Head of BAU's International Relations Office with Dr Ghada Khawaja, Vice-Dean and Dr Mahmoud Khalil, Head of the Biology Department, BAU Faculty of Science, and a group of academic members and guests.}
