Signature: COVID-19

The Faculty of Sciences is closely monitoring the evolving health situation related to COVID-19. To curb the spread of the virus, it is necessary to identify close contacts (anyone who has spent more than 15 minutes in the same room as an infected person is considered a close contact). As the incidence rate rises, it may be helpful to specify the risks of transmission based on distance within the room. Also, to assist health authorities, it is essential to identify which students are present in a class and helpful to know each student’s seat (the risk of transmission is reduced when students consistently sit next to the same classmates during classes). You can use the attendance sheets found in the attachments or in the “Faculty Space” menu on the Faculty of Sciences website. We will make them available at the reception desk in Building 36 and in the lower lobby of Building 6 (former entrance to the administrative offices).
