The engagement letter
The engagement letter regardinginformation systems was presented to and approved by the Board.
UpdateInformation Session on the Campus Plan
– Work on the new access points to the Triolet campus, which will be located on Rue du Truel and Rue Paul Parguel, will begin in June 2017,
– Construction of the Village des Sciences A (Buildings A and D) will begin this coming October, with a planned opening in January 2020.
Exam Regulations for Bachelor’s and Master’s Programs, 2017–2018
The text regarding the regulations for the 2017–2018 Bachelor’s and Master’s examshas beenamended to clarify certain points, such as the withdrawal procedure and the handling of absences.

These last two items will be put to a vote at the next Council meeting on June 14 :
StudentStudent Life and Grant Voting
The Council supported the "CaraSciences" events, which give the public the opportunity to meet researchers, and the "Marmites et Molécules" show presented by the association Les Moleclowns, which promotes chemistry in schools.
A grant has been awarded to the GNUM association for the Protech MAD project, which aims to establish a community-managed marine protected area on the island of Nosy Lava and in Analalava, Madagascar.
Voteon conventions
The agreements with the Committee for Regional Development (COMIDER) – (the “Ateliers de la réussite” association), EPID (B2E Master’s program with Indonesia), IAE-FDS (development of a tailored curriculum for a dual Master’s degree), UNISCIEL (amendments for BiomeVal and BSF), and the provision of facilities for BioCampus were approved by the Council.
