Everything You Need to Succeed in Chemistry in Your Freshman Year

Béatrice Roy and Jean-Yves Winum, faculty members in the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Sciences, are co-authors—along with Stéphane Perrio (faculty member, University of Caen-Normandy)—of the book *Chemistry* in the new *Fluoresciences* series published by DUNOD.

This visual chemistry textbook is intended for first-year interdisciplinary science (L1 Plurisciences), PACES, and DUT/BTS students, and presents the fundamental principles of chemistry. It bridges the gap between the knowledge acquired in high school and the concepts students need to master by the end of their first year of university-level science studies.

The book is scheduled to be released in bookstores on June 21, 2017.
