Festisciences 2017
Presentation by the student organizations regardingthe Festisciences event scheduledfor Thursday, November 23, 2017.
Vote on grant applications related to this event for the organizations of the Faculty of Sciences: ABM, Artio, GNUM, and TAUST.
Voting on Grant Applications from Organizations
–2017 Ecology Fair, inthe amount of €500,
–Equinox Nights Festival, organizedby the TAUST association, in the amount of €300.
Vote on the Registered Address of Student Organizations
Vote on the designation of the Faculty of Sciences at Montpellier as the headquarters for the student associations AMPBM, Brin de Forêt, and Médios.
2018 Budget
The 2018 budget was presented by Mr. Thierry Bretagnon, Deputy Director of Assets and Finance, and was then approved by the assembly.
International Relations
The awarding of merit scholarships in the amount of 225 euros to 20 students who studied abroad during the 2016-2017 academic year has been approved.
Rates for the Use of Facilities
The rates for the use of Faculty of Sciences facilities for the year 2018 have been approved by the Council.
