Newsline from the FdS board meeting of June 6, 2018
The UFR board meeting, chaired by Mr Hoffmann, Director of the Faculty of Science, was held on Wednesday June 6, 2018.
The following items were on the agenda:
Vote on the minutes of the UFR council meeting of May 16
New assistant managers
The two new deputy directors were introduced:
-AdamAli, in charge of own resources, and
-Jean-MichelMarin, in charge of scientific policy.
Elections for outside board members
Elections for external members of the Council: as councillors did not receive the CVs of all proposed candidates, the election has been postponed to the July 4 meeting.
Vote on an agreement
Approval of an agreement: the agreement renewing the partnership with the Comité pour le Développement de l'Économie Régionale - Comider - as part of the Ateliers de la réussite program is approved.
Pedagogy
- The draft charter for committed students was discussed by the advisors, who regretted that the 2 ECTS credits were not linked to the student's course of study. The CAC will be asked to revise article 6.
- The 20 "merit-based mobility" grants awarded to students with international mobility experience are approved.
- The advisors were given a presentation on the adapted course for "yes, if" students.
