February 7 and 8, 2019: OMICS days – Future approaches to health and the environment
Bringing together the various stakeholders involved in the processing and analysis of sequencing data is the aim of Montpellier Omics Days. The seventh edition will be held on February 7 and 8, 2019, on the Triolet campus of the University of Montpellier. It will focus on genome assembly technologies and their applications in health and the environment.
The scientific program, detailed in the appropriate tab, is organized over two days: Thursday, February 7, devoted to various workshops (introduction to the Unix environment and Bash, Python, and R with a statistical approach), and Friday, February 8, devoted to conferences.
Registration for these events, which is free but mandatory, will open on January 2, 2019!
In addition, a public outreach evening, open to all, will be held at the Café de la Gazette in Montpellier to close the event on Friday evening.
