2019 Ecology Fair
The Ecology Fair is the onlyannual event for the professional ecology sector in France. For the past 11 years, during one week in November, it has provided an opportunity to bring together, get to know, and raise awareness of all the key players in the field.Sponsored by the University of Montpellier, it is organized by the Association du Salon de l’Écologie (ASdE), which is composed of students in the Master 2 program in “Ecological Engineering and Biodiversity Management” (Master IEGB) at the University of Montpellier’s Faculty of Sciences.
The Ecology Fair features three highlights:
Ecolo’Tech, the scientific conference on technological and methodological innovations in the field of ecology. It enables professionals to stay at the cutting edge and showcase their work to an expert audience.
Ecolo’Job, the forum for careers and training in ecology. It allows students to meet professionals, find a job (Job Dating), and discuss employers’ skill needs during roundtable discussions.
Festi’Versité, the biodiversity festival. It raises public awareness of environmental issues through activities, performances, games, lectures, film screenings, and photography exhibitions.
