GEI-Univ: Consortium of Engineering Schools for University-Based Admissions
University students pursuing a science degree who are interested in applying to engineering school, the GEI-UNIV program is waiting for you!
This program is a university-based admissions process that includes the following 15 engineering schools:
École des Ponts ParisTech / ENSAE Paris / ISAE-SUPAERO / Chimie ParisTech / ENSTA Paris / École polytechnique / Télécom Paris / Arts et Métiers Paris / MINES ParisTech / ESPCI Paris / MINES Saint-Étienne / SupOptique / MINES Nancy / ENAC / IMT Atlantique
This program allows students enrolled in a university science program at the junior undergraduate (Bachelor’s 3) or first-year graduate (Master’s 1) level to apply to these engineering schools, which are renowned for their high academic standards.
There’s no room for doubt when it comes to joining this field, which is often—and wrongly—perceived as elitist. “Open up new opportunities for yourself and use your academic background
as a springboard to get into a top engineering school!”
“This is an alternative: giving university students the opportunity to apply to these prestigious engineering schools, which are recognized for their excellence both in France and internationally. It offers additional career paths and a dual set of skills—managerial and technical—that are sought after by both the private sector and senior government officials.”
