GEI-Univ: Consortium of Engineering Schools for University-Based Admissions
College students majoring in science who are interested in pursuing a career in engineering—the GEI-UNIV program is waiting for you!
This program is a university-based admissions process that includes the following 15 engineering schools:
École des Ponts ParisTech / ENSAE Paris / ISAE-SUPAERO / Chimie ParisTech / ENSTA Paris / École polytechnique / Télécom Paris / Arts et Métiers Paris / MINES ParisTech / ESPCI Paris / MINES Saint-Étienne / SupOptique / MINES Nancy / ENAC / IMT Atlantique
This program allows students enrolled in a university who are pursuing a science-related program at the third year of a bachelor’s degree or the first year of a master’s degree to apply to these engineering schools, which are renowned for their high scientific standards.
There’s no room for doubt when it comes to joining this field, which is very often—and wrongly—perceived as elitist. “Open up new opportunities for yourself and use your academic journey
as a springboard to get into a top engineering school!”
“This is an alternative: offering university students the opportunity to apply to these prestigious engineering schools, which are recognized for their excellence both in France and internationally. It provides additional career paths and a dual set of skills—managerial and technical—that are sought after by both businesses and senior public administration.”
