Bioinformatics Learning Lab (BILL) 2021.

For another year, Master's students from the Bionfo (M2 BCD) and Microbiology (M1 IMHE) programs worked together on a research project on the fish virus, supervised by a crack team of teachers (Jean-Christophe Avarre, Anna-Sophie Gosselin-Grenet, Marie-Ka Tilak, Emira Cherif & Anna-Sophie Fiston-Lavier).

After DNA extraction in a molecular biology lab and real-time sequencing using Oxford Nanopore (Minion) technology, they shared their knowledge to analyze the data generated using bioinformatics tools.
