Job offer: Department of Languages (Looking for temporary teaching staff)
For the 2021/2022 academic year, the Department of Languages (DDL) of the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Montpellier is looking for English-speaking LANSAD (English Language for Specialists in Other Disciplines) part-time teachers, as well as FLE (French as a Foreign Language) teachers. The team is made up of around fifteen tenured teachers and a large number of part-time lecturers, and offers courses from bachelor's to master's degrees, as well as FLE courses for foreign students.
Responsibilities :
- Teach TD classes under the responsibility of the permanent teachers.
- Participate in the development of teaching aids and exam subjects.
- Participate in the correction of homework
- Participate in pedagogical coordination activities.
Profile:(for teachers of English)
- Bilingual English-French with an excellent command of linguistics, English-speaking cultures and civilizations, and a particular interest in the academic and professional needs of science students.
- Level 6 diploma (Bac +3 and +4 or foreign equivalent) in English.
- First teaching experience preferred.
Skills:
- Autonomy in the use of ICT tools (IT, video, etc.) in lessons.
- Ability to teach English using a variety of themes.
- Dynamic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong taste for teaching and preparing students for exams.

Remuneration:
