Message from the School Administration Regarding Grades and the ENT Platform

Dear students,

The University of Montpellier provides the university community with a Digital Workspace (ENT).

This allows you to access the services available to you from a web browser; all you need is a device connected to the Internet—whether from home, the University network, or any other access point.

This digital learning platform is available in personalized mode once you have logged in. There, you will find, among other things,services related to the Faculty of Sciences' Academic Affairs Office:

=> View results:
=> View your academic records:
=> Print documents related to your studies.

In light of the numerous requests fortranscriptsor clarification regarding results, we would like to inform you thata provisional document*is now availableonyour digital learning platform under the “Academics” tab—click on the “Digital Transcripts” icon.

Some additional information:

  • Only the ongoing assessment exams are posted to your digital student record as they become available,
  • For bachelor’s degrees: Because grades are carried over from one semester to the next,the committeeswill not be able to make a final decision until the end of the academic year,
  • For Master’s programs: There is no carryover between semesters; official transcripts will be available on your digital learning platform (ENT) => This applies only toprograms that do not include inter-semester course clusters.
