Ancient man worshipped spices. They were worshipped by the gods and traditionally used in religious rituals and medicine. They were also widely used in pharmacopoeia and perfumes, as well as in cooking! This lecture invites you to discover these commodities, symbols of extreme luxury and refinement, as coveted as gold.
