The BCI (Bureau de Coopération Interuniversitaire) program allows students to study at a university in Quebec. This program is open to students from all disciplines who have completed at least two years of higher education.

The mobility period lasts one or two semesters. Places in Quebec institutions are very limited and only the best applications will be accepted (minimum overall average of 12/20).
