*Main mission: Administrative registration of students from the Faculty of Sciences in Montpellier and new students arriving at the single registration desk in building 36 on the Triolet Campus.

*Activities:

– Welcoming students (providing information, guidance, and assistance with administrative procedures)

– Entering administrative registration files into the Apogée software

– Verification and validation of supporting documents upon registration on PJweb

– Collection of registration fees

– Issuing of school certificates and student cards.
