*Main responsibility: Handling the administrative registration of students from the Montpellier Faculty of Sciences and new students at the one-stop registration desk in Building 36 on the Triolet Campus.

*Activities:

– Student Services (information, guidance, assistance with administrative procedures)

– Entering administrative registration records into the Apogée software

– Verification and validation of supporting documents upon registration on PJweb

– Collection of registration fees

– Issuing enrollment certificates and student ID cards.
