Workplace accident information

In order for a workplace accident to be recognized, the employee must prove the following two conditions: they were the victim of an accident in the course of their professional activities, and the accident resulted in the sudden onset of an injury.

A commuting accident is an accident that has resulted in injury to an employee and occurred during the journey between the following points: their home and their place of work, their place of work and the place where the employee goes to eat during their lunch break.
