Information on workplace accidents

For a work-related accident to be recognized, the employee must meet the following two conditions: the employee was the victim of an accident that occurred in the course of their work, and the accident resulted in the sudden onset of an injury.
A commuting accident is an accident that results in injury to an employee and occurs while the employee is traveling between the following locations: their residence and their workplace, or their workplace and the dining facility where the employee goes during their meal break
