LAS1: Pre-School Year Workshop

LAS1: Pre-semester orientation for LAS1 students from August 28 to 31

A pre-semester workshop (SPR) is being organized by the ATSM (Montpellier Health Tutoring Association) from August 28 to 31.

This training course will consist of three days of classes (via videoconference)
on the basics of the “TU -Santé Commune” (August 28, 29, and 30).

To conclude this course, a group review session will be held on August 31. Its
objective is to reinforce the concepts covered during the course and
familiarize students with multiple-choice questions, the standard format of the exam.

Class days will likely begin at 8 a.m. and end at 8 p.m. o
t 6 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break.

The joint detention day, meanwhile, will be a half-day event
—either in the afternoon or in the morning of August 31.

In addition, an in-person LAS gathering featuring a buffet is planned for
, the LAS students from Montpellier, and the tutoring staff. It will take place on the evening of August
29 on the campus of the new medical school, with the LAS vice presidents
, and the intersite representatives in attendance.

Healthcare students who have completed a LAS program will also be on hand to
share their experiences.
