Following the email from the Administrative Director of our Faculty dated October 30 regarding the Covid-19 health crisis – BIATS administrative positions – and the distribution of the final travel authorization form, each BIATS employee must declare their administrative position in the ADHOC institutional application.

As a reminder, there are three possible administrative statuses:–Absence due to illness(applies to employees who are vulnerable to COVID-19, in view of the conditions mentioned in Article 2 of Decree No. 2020-1098 of August 29, 2020, and upon presentation of a certificate of isolation issued by the attending physician),–Authorization to work remotely(applies to all activities that can be performed remotely),–Special leave of absence (ASA)(applies to employees who cannot perform their activities remotely and cannot work on site – any activities that cannot be performed remotely and can be maintained on site will not be subject to ASA)

The procedure in the ADHOC application remains unchanged, and N+1s will need to validate the entry.
