In the interests of providing information to its students and staff, the Faculty of Science is setting up a space to answer any questions they may have about the Coronavirus-Covid19 epidemic.

 

Can I take my classes when the school is closed?   

Students can follow the courses remotely, in particular on the Moodle platform, according to their normal timetable, in interaction with their teachers. The training program will be adapted on a case-by-case basis, according to the constraints of each training course. You will receive information on these adaptations in due course.

Information on the health crisis

In light of the evolving COVID-19 epidemic situation, the start of the 2020-2021 academic year at CFA EnSup-LR and other higher education establishments has required, and will require throughout the coming months, an adaptation of teaching conditions.

Diploma withdrawals are postponed until further notice.

Further to the e-mail from our Faculty's Administrative Director dated October 30 concerning the Covid-19 health crisis - BIATS administrative positions - and the distribution of the definitive travel authorization form, each BIATS agent must declare his or her administrative position in the ADHOC institutional application.

As a reminder, three administrative positions are possible:-Absence due to illness(for agents at risk of Covid-19, with regard to the pathologies mentioned in article 2 of decree no. 2020-1098 of August 29, 2020, and on presentation of a certificate of isolation issued by the attending physician),- Remote work authorization (for agents at risk of Covid-19, with regard to the pathologies mentioned in article 2 of decree no. 2020-1098 of August 29, 2020, and on presentation of a certificate of isolation issued by the attending physician).Authorization to work remotely(for all activities that can be performed remotely),- Special leave of absence (APE)Special leave of absence (ASA)(for agents who cannot perform their activities remotely and cannot work on site - all activities that cannot be performed remotely and can be maintained on site will not be covered by an ASA).

 

The procedure in the ADHOC application is unchanged, and the N+1s will have to validate the entry.
