Following the email from our Faculty’s Administrative Director dated October 30 regarding the COVID-19 health crisis—BIATS administrative statuses—and the subsequent distribution of the final travel authorization form, all BIATS staff members are required to declare their administrative status in the ADHOC institutional application.

As a reminder, there are three possible administrative statuses:–Absence due to illness(applies to employees vulnerable to COVID-19, based on the medical conditions listed in Article 2 of Decree No. 2020-1098 of August 29, 2020, and upon presentation of an isolation certificate issued by the attending physician),–Authorization to work remotely(applies to all activities that can be performed remotely),–Special Authorization for Absence (ASA)(applies to employees who cannot perform their duties remotely and cannot work on-site – any activities that cannot be performed remotely but can be maintained on-site will not be subject to an ASA -)

The procedure in the ADHOC application remains unchanged, and N+1 users will need to validate the data entry.
