Incoming students in individual enrollment
Are you an international student and would like to study at the Faculty of Science as an individual student?
To study at the University with a foreign diploma, you must:
- Meet the conditions that allow access to the university in your home country.
- Have a sufficient level of French, adapted to the courses you choose. This level is verified by an exam (Level B1/B2 of the TCF – test of knowledge on French) or its equivalent.
Successful candidates will be registered at the beginning of September. To this end, a registration file will be downloaded from the University website and an appointment will be proposed to finalize registration.
Admission procedures depend on your situation.

Starting in the 2021-2022 academic year, you must obtain your proof of payment or exemption from the student life and campus contribution (CVEC)beforeenrolling in your higher education institution.

Most of the courses are taught in French at the Faculty of Sciences. So, it is essential to have a good knowledge of French, both written and spoken.
Depending on the results, you could earn 2 to 5 ECTS credits. To register for these courses, please contact the International Office upon your arrival.
Do you want to obtain a foreign diploma equivalence in France to continue your studies?
Yor can obtain a certificate of comparability for a diploma obtained abroad or a certificate of recognition of studies/training carried out abroad.
It is a document that evaluates the diploma submitted in relation to the French system that you can present to an employer, an administration, a competitive exam, etc.
