Incoming students enrolling individually

Are you an international student interested in enrolling as an independent student at the Faculty of Science?

To study at the University with a foreign diploma, you must:

Meet the requirements for admission to a university in your home country
Have a sufficient level of French, appropriate for the courses you choose. This level is verified by an exam (Level B1/B2 of the TCF – Test of French Language Proficiency) or its equivalent.

Successful candidates will be registered in early September. To that end, a registration form will be available for download from the University’s website, and an appointment will be scheduled to complete the registration process.

Admission procedures depend on your circumstances.

International applicants who hold a foreign degree and live abroad.

The registration campaign begins on October 1, 2022.

Each candidate must choose one of the following two procedures:

Foreign applicants who hold a foreign degree and live in France

And send it back by December 15, 2022.

European (EU) or French citizen living abroad

Candidates from the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, the Principalities of Andorra and Monaco, or French nationals living abroad must submit their application for admission on the following website:https://www.parcoursup.fr/

Apply as a sophomore, junior, or graduate student

If you live in a country with a Campus France office, you must visit the Campus France website for your home country.

To do this, the candidate must go to the following website:www.campusfrance.org

Applications must be submitted online from October 1, 2022, to January 1, 2023. This procedure is mandatory for obtaining a student visa.
Please note that any application submitted outside the Campus France portal will be rejected by the University’s academic committee.

You live in France or in a country where the Campus France application process is not available

French as a Second Language (FLE)

Most courses at the Faculty of Sciences are taught in French. Therefore, it is essential to have a good command of French, both written and spoken.

Depending on your results, you could earn 2 to 5 ECTS credits. To register for these courses, please contact the International Office upon your arrival.

Equivalence of degrees

Do you want to have your foreign diploma recognized in France so you can continue your studies?

YYou can obtain a certificate of comparability for a diploma obtained abroad or a certificate of recognition of studies or training completed abroad.

This document evaluates the diploma you have submitted in relation to the French education system, and you can present it to an employer, a government agency, or for a competitive exam, etc.
