Administrative registration - Apprentices

Registrations from July 5 to 21, 2023

1/ - I'm moving up to the next grade

- I have received a positive opinion on MonMaster or eCandidat

- I've found an apprenticeship company for the start of the 2023-2024 school year.

2/ I prepare all my supporting documents

3/ I make an appointment to register in person, or I send my complete file to fds.inscriptions@umontpellier.fr if I can't come in person.

4/ If I have registered in person, my student card will be given to me at that time, or the 2023-2024 sticker will be affixed to mine if I already have one.

5/ If I have sent my application to fds.inscriptions@umontpellier.fr, once the department has confirmed that my registration has been accepted, I can collect or update my student card (2023-2024 sticker) within 72 hours at building 36 by making an appointment.

Registration from September 1

1/ I'm moving up to the next year

3/ I register

4/ Don't forget to put my PJs online to validate my application and access my school certificate

I have all the required documents in PDF, JPEG or PNG format

5/ I can collect or update my student card (2023-2024 sticker) within 72 hours at building 36 by making an appointment.

I must bring my school certificate and my ID.
