Omics: Future approaches to health and the environment
Bringing together the various players interested in the processing and analysis of sequencing data is the aim of the Montpellier Omics Days. Their 7th edition will be held on February 7 and 8, 2019 on the Triolet campus of the University of Montpellier. It will focus on genome assembly technologies and their applications in health and the environment.
The scientific program, detailed in the appropriate tab, is organized over two days: Thursday February 7, devoted to various workshops (introduction to the Unix environment and Bash, Python, or R with a statistical approach) and Friday February 8, dedicated to conferences.
Registration for these days, free but mandatory, will open on January 2, 2019!
The event will close on Friday evening with an evening of popularization, open to all, at the Café de la Gazette in Montpellier.
