Re-enrollment / Repeating a Year
Administrative registration will take place
online: July 4 to 24 and August 21 to September 30

I am re-enrolling if I have a UM student number and was enrolled in 2024-2025 at the Faculty of Sciences of Montpellier or in one of the UM's departments.
Paul Valéry University is not part of the University of Montpellier!

What is my situation?
I'm moving up to the next grade or repeating the year at FDS.
1/ I am waiting for all my results to be available and validated by the annual jury* before re-enrolling.
*As long as re-registration via my digital workspace is not available, it means that my results have not been validated by the jury. Please wait.

2/ I prepare all my supporting documents.

3/ I am signing up

4/ I remember to upload my documents online to validate my application and access my school certificate.
I have all the required documents in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. I will submit them via the ENT (PJWeb tab), which I activated after registering.
(Processing time between 24 and 48 hours, variable timeframe)
How do I activate my digital workspace?
Visit the University of Montpellier website: https://www.umontpellier.fr/
- "Direct Access > Platforms > ENT"
- "First login | Login problem"
- Follow the instructions on the website and validate your ENT account.
I come from another department of the University of Montpellier.
I applied through eCandidat and received a favorable response.
I am following the instructions in the section above entitled "I am moving up to the next grade or repeating the year at FDS."

- I am a program co-accredited with the Faculty of Science

I have already been enrolled at the University of Montpellier, but not in 2024-2025.
If you have previously been enrolled at the University of Montpellier and were not enrolled in 2024-2025, you will not be able to register online.

My registration is complete, I am updating my student card.
My registration will be complete and finalized (attachments checked and validated by the registration department) when I receive an email informing me that it is valid.
You can come and update your student card (current year label) after confirming your enrollment at the enrollment office on the 2nd floor of Building 36, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
