– I have found a company for my apprenticeship and I have my commitment certificate or apprenticeship contract signed by the company and the university for the start of the 2026 academic year

I have all the required documents in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format, and I'm uploading them via the digital learning platform (PJWeb tab), which I activated after registering.

How do I activate my ENT?

Visit the University of Montpellier's website: https://www.umontpellier.fr/

  • "Direct Access > Platforms > ENT"
  • "First-time login | Login problem"
  • Follow the instructions on the website and verify your ENT account.

5/ My registration will be complete and finalized (after the required documents have been reviewed and approved by the registration office) when I receive an email confirming that it has been approved.

Once you have confirmed your registration, you can come to the Registration Office on the 2nd floor of Building 36 to update your student ID card (with the current academic year label) Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

I must bring my proof of enrollment and my ID.
