– I have found an apprenticeship company and have my commitment certificate or apprenticeship contract signed by the company and the university for the 2026 academic year

I have all the required documents in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format, and I’m uploading them via the digital learning platform (PJWeb tab), which I activated after signing up

How do I activate my ENT?

Visit the University of Montpellier website: https://www.umontpellier.fr/

  • "Quick Links > Platforms > ENT"
  • "First-time login | Login problem"
  • Follow the instructions on the website and verify your ENT account.

5/ My registration will be complete and finalized (after the required documents have been reviewed and approved by the registration office) once I receive an email confirming that it has been accepted.

You can come to update your student ID card (with the current academic year sticker) after you have confirmed your registration at the Registration Office on the 2nd floor of Building 36, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

I must bring my proof of enrollment and my ID.
