Administrative registration - students from classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles (cpge)

This page is exclusively reserved for CPGE students from high schools under agreement with the Faculty of Science..
It's not the case, so I'll go back to the registration page.

What's my situation?

Registration from July 5 to 21, 2023
and from September 4 to October 27, 2023

I am concerned if :

- I am enrolling for the first time in the^1st year of a "Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles".

- I'm in my^2nd year of CPGE and I've never enrolled at FDS.

I need to enroll in the Faculty of Science as part of the existing CPGE - FDS gateway.

1/ I prepare all my supporting documents

2/ I make an appointment and bring all my supporting documents.

Please note: Incomplete applications will be rejected!

I confirm that I am in this situation and would like to make an appointment:

3/ If I can't come to the appointment, I must send my COMPLETE application to my lycée before September 29 , 2023.

My CMS (Carte MultiServices) student card will be given to me at the end of my registration.

If I have sent my file to my school, they will send me my card later.

Registrations from September 2023

I am concerned if :

- I am enrolled in^2nd year of CPGE in 2023-2024

- And that I have enrolled in the Faculty of Science in 2022-2023 (if not, see "I am enrolled in CPGE^1st year / I have never enrolled in FDS").

1/ I've activated my Digital Workspace (ENT)

If I have not already done so, please follow the instructions below:

• Follow the instructions on the website and validate your ENT account.

2/ I prepare all my supporting documents

3/ I register

4/ Don't forget to put my PJs online to validate my application and access my school certificate

I have all the required documents in PDF, JPEG or PNG format

(Processing between 24h and 48h, variable delay)

My registration will be complete and finalized (PJ checked and validated by the registration department) when I receive a confirmation e-mail.

The 2023-2024 student card update sticker - to be affixed to my card - will be given to me by my lycée at the start of the school year.

Registrations from September 2023

I am concerned if :

- I am enrolled in 2nd year CPGE in 2023-2024 and I am 5/2

- I have acquired 120 ECTS in 2022-2023

- And I have enrolled in 2022-2023 at the Faculty of Science (if not, see "I am enrolled in CPGE 1st year / I have never enrolled at FDS").

1/ I send an e-mail to fds.cpge@umontpellier.fr.

I enclose my ECTS certificate issued by the lycée.

2/ I will receive an e-mail from the administrators informing me of the possibility of registering online via my ENT UM.

If I have never activated my ENT, I follow the instructions below:

5/ Don't forget to upload my PJs to validate my application and access my school certificate

I have all the required documents in PDF, JPEG or PNG format

(Processing between 24h and 48h, variable delay)

My registration will be complete and finalized (PJ checked and validated by the registration department) when I receive a confirmation e-mail.

I can come and update my student card (2022-2023 sticker) within 72 hours at building 36 on the Triolet Campus between 9am and 12pm and again from 2pm to 4pm.

I must bring my school certificate and ID.
