Staff mobility

Training mobility in Europe (known as STT)

Administrative, technical, and teaching staff may undertake mobility for training purposes with a European partner (university, language center, company).

The aim of this mobility program may be to exchange best practices, improve foreign language skills, or meet with companies to set up student internships (non-exhaustive list).
Staff can thus give a European dimension to their work and improve their skills.

The eligible training period is between 2 days and 2 months, excluding travel time.

Teaching mobility (known as STA)

Teaching staff may carry out teaching assignments at a European partner institution.

This involves teaching courses that are part of the partner institution's official program (see valid Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement, with teaching mobility planned; more information available from the International Relations Office of the relevant department).

The duration of the mobility period can vary from 2 days (minimum 8 hours of teaching, excluding conferences) to 2 months, excluding travel time.
