Staff mobility

Training mobility in Europe (known as STT)
Administrative, technical, and teaching staff may participate in mobility programs for training purposes at a European partner institution (university, language center, or company).
The purpose of this mobility program may include exchanging best practices, improving foreign language skills, or meeting with companies to arrange student internships (this list is not exhaustive).
This allows staff to give their work a European dimension and enhance their skills.
The eligible training period ranges from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.
Teaching mobility (known as STA)
Teaching staff may undertake teaching assignments at a partner institution in Europe.
This involves teaching courses that are part of the partner institution’s official curriculum (see the valid Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement, which includes provisions for teaching mobility; for more information, contact the International Relations Office of your home department).
The duration of the mobility period can range from 2 days (a minimum of 8 hours of instruction, excluding conferences) to 2 months, excluding travel time.
The 2024–2025 Staff Mobility Campaign
The European Erasmus+ program for higher education offers administrative, technical, and teaching staff the opportunity to participate in training mobility programs at a European partner institution (university, language center, or company).
The duration of the mobility period can range from 2 days (a minimum of 8 hours of instruction, excluding conferences) to 2 months, excluding travel time.
The eligibility period ends on Monday, November 3, 2025.
The selection committee will give priority to administrative and technical staff. Faculty members may apply for other types of funding under the Erasmus+ program (teaching mobility).
Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for selected staff, within the limits of the budget allocated by the Erasmus+ France Agency.
The call for applications is open until Friday, April 25, 2025, at the latest.
