Staff mobility

Training mobility in Europe (STT)

Administrative, technical and teaching staff can carry out training mobility with a European partner (university, language center, company).

The aim of this mobility can be to exchange best practices, improve foreign language skills, or meet with companies to set up student internships (non-exhaustive list).
Staff can thus give a European dimension to their missions and improve their skills.

The eligible training period is from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.

Teaching mobility (STA)

Teaching staff can carry out teaching assignments in a partner European establishment.

This involves teaching courses integrated into the official program of the partner institution (cf. valid Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement, with planned teaching mobility; further information is available from the International Relations Office of the component to which the student belongs).

The duration of mobility can vary from 2 days (minimum 8 hours of teaching, excluding conferences) to 2 months, excluding travel time.

The 2023/2024 staff mobility campaign

The European Erasmus+ program for higher education offers administrative, technical and teaching staff the opportunity to undertake training mobility with a European partner (university, language center, company).

The duration of mobility can vary from 2 days (minimum 8 hours of teaching, excluding conferences) to 2 months, excluding travel time.

The eligibility period ends on April 30, 2024.

The selection committee will give priority to administrative and technical staff. Lecturers may apply for other types of funding under the Erasmus+ program (teaching mobility).

Travel and accommodation funding will be made available to selected staff, within the limits of the financial envelope granted by the Erasmus+ France Agency.

The call for applications is open until Monday, November 06, 2023.
