Your event at the Faculty of Science

Please note: The Faculty of Sciences is no longer able to host events in May and June 2026

The Faculty of Science offers some of its teaching spaces for hire to host your professional, association, or institutional events. These rooms, usually dedicated to teaching, provide a functional and accessible setting in the heart of our university campus.

However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that priority is given to our educational activities. As such, the availability of spaces depends heavily on the academic calendar, particularly during exam periods. We invite you to consult this calendar in order to plan your request as effectively as possible.

Room/space equipment

The rooms are equipped with a whiteboard and/or blackboard, a video projection screen with video projector, and wired and Wi-Fi connections (upon request).
Videoconferencing is available on request
(except in the computer rooms).
