You must contact the department concerned by the subject of your request:
Cross-functional Missions (MITRA) for managing applications and registrations
The Scolarité (Bachelor's or Master's) department for managing training and results
International Relations Department

If you wish to contest the response, you can submit a request for an informal appeal on the website :

You will then need to create a claim in the Service Center, in which you will mention the steps you have taken.
