Logistics – Equipment Loans – Access to FdS Buildings

The Logistics Department is located in Building 36 – Ground Floor

Responsibilities:

_{He oversees and coordinates the on-site logistics operations for the Faculty of Sciences (35,800^m², 11 buildings, etc.).}

_{The Logistics Department provides faculty and staff with equipment for loan:
=> Microphones for the lecture halls in buildings 1, 5, 10, 25, and 36.
=> Projectors and laptops
=> Pointers, adapters (HDMI, VGA), and extension cords.}

^{Loan of temporary access cards.}

Please remember that you must return the equipment at the end of your class.

New Procedure for Returning Equipment

I need to fill out the application form for access to the lockers linked below. That way, I’ll be able to pick up the equipment in the designated room near the logistics center—Building 36.
