Printing the school certificate
How to obtain a digital school certificate via the student digital workspace:
– Students must first validate their UM computer account
– Access the ENT
– Click on the thumbnail "My File, School Certificate," Results, Administrative File" (available in the "Schooling" tab)
– then on "Enrollments," where they will find a "Certificate of Enrollment" button allowing them to download the certificate of enrollment for the current year in PDF format.

I need to have documents relating to my education translated.
The University of Montpellier does not offer a translation service for official documents (transcripts, degree certificates, diplomas, etc.).
These documents can only be translated by a certified translator.
You can obtain a list of certified translators from your local city hall or court of appeals.
I lost my student ID card
Remember to visit the lost and found office on the ground floor of Building 7 first.
If it is not there, you can request a renewal of your CMS: on your ENT / "My Studies" tab / CMS Web.
You will be required to pay a fee of €6 by credit card online.
You can then collect your student card from the Mitra center on the second floor of building 36, bringing your certificate of enrollment and proof of order, during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Where can I find the sworn statement?
Here you will find the sworn statement to be included with your administrative registration file.
Multi-service student card (MSSC)
As a reminder, you can come and collect your student card or update it at Building 36 – Floor 2 – Administration.
The card grants access to the University's premises and facilities. It must be presented to University authorities or their designated representatives whenever requested. Any refusal to present the card will result in disciplinary proceedings against the student. Any lending, exchange, falsification, or attempted falsification of the card is prohibited and punishable by sanctions, including disciplinary measures.
When and where will I receive my student ID card?
When you complete your initial administrative registration at the University of Montpellier, at the registration center or the registrar's office. When you re-register, the card is updated with a sticker indicating the academic year.
What is the student number used for?
In addition to your name, it serves as a personal identifier, particularly in cases of homonymy. The student number assigned by the University of Montpellier cannot be used at another university, unlike the INE number, which is recognized nationally.
I have lost my card, or it has been stolen or damaged (bent, torn, etc.). What should I do?
You can request a replacement (for a fee) via your ENT portal, under the "Student Card" tab. However, if the card is defective (inactive, silent, etc.), you must go to your student services office, as it may be a manufacturing defect. In this case, it will be replaced free of charge.
How can I obtain my school certificate?
Once your registration has been validated by the registration department, you will be able to access your school certificate from the ENT: "My file" tab.
Why can't I access my school certificate?
It may be:
whether you are in a situation of incapacity.
that a supporting document for your file is missing. As a result, your file is incomplete;
that your registration file is currently being processed by our services;
How do I obtain a pre-registration certificate?
There is no pre-registration at the Faculty of Sciences in Montpellier, therefore we cannot issue you with such a document.
