Printing the Enrollment Certificate
How to obtain the digital enrollment certificate via the student digital campus:
– Students must first activate their UM IT account at
– access the digital campus (ENT) at
– click on the “My File, Enrollment Certificate” tile, Results, Administrative File” (available in the “Academic Records” tab)
– then click on “Enrollment”; there is a “Certificate of Enrollment” button that allows them to download the certificate of enrollment for the current academic year in PDF format.

I need to have some documents related to my education translated
The University of Montpellier does not offer a translation service for official documents (transcripts, degree completion certificates, diplomas, etc.).
These documents may only be translated by a certified translator.
You can obtain a list of certified translators from your local city hall or the court of appeals in your area.
I lost my student ID
Be sure to check the lost and found office on the ground floor of Building 7 first.
If it’s not there, you can request a renewal of your CMS: on your ENT / “My Studies” tab / CMS Web.
You will be required to pay a fee of 6 euros, payable online by credit card.
You can then pick up your student ID card at the Mitra office on the second floor of Building 36, bringing your enrollment certificate and proof of order, during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Multiservice Student ID Card (CMS)
As a reminder, you can pick up or update your student ID card in Building 36, 2nd Floor – Administration
The card grants access to the University’s campuses and facilities. It must be presented to University officials or their designated representatives whenever requested. Failure to present the card may result in disciplinary action. Lending, exchanging, forging, or attempting to forge the card is prohibited and subject to penalties, including disciplinary action.
When and where will I receive my student ID card?
When you complete your initial registration at the University of Montpellier, either at the registration office or the academic affairs office. When you re-register, the card is updated with a sticker indicating the academic year.
What is the student ID number used for?
In addition to your name, it serves as a personal identifier, particularly in cases where there are people with the same name. The student ID number assigned by the University of Montpellier cannot be used at another university, unlike the INE number, which is recognized nationwide.
I lost my card, or it was stolen, or it’s damaged (creased, torn, etc.). What should I do?
You can request a renewal (for a fee) through your ENT, under the “Student ID Card” tab. However, if the card is defective (inactive, not working, etc.), you must visit your registrar’s office: it may be a manufacturing defect. In that case, it will be replaced free of charge.
How do I get my enrollment certificate?
Once your registration has been approved by the registration office, you will be able to access your enrollment certificate via the digital learning platform (ENT): "My Account" tab
Why can't I access my enrollment certificate?
It is possible that:
whether you are subject to a ban.
that a supporting document is missing from your application. As a result, your application is incomplete;
that your registration application is currently being processed by our office;
How do I obtain a pre-registration certificate?
There is no pre-registration process at the Faculty of Sciences in Montpellier; therefore, we are unable to issue such a document.
